As General Contractors Patriot Construction takes the project from design development to finished construction. All aspects of the construction process are coordinated from project management, administration, site supervision to permitting and inspections. During this process Patriot Construction will continue to evaluate the project and effectively communicate with the client and design team to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
DESIGN/BUILD
Design/build projects allow the Owner, Architect and Contractor to collaborate throughout the development process. This improved communication and understanding of expectations translates into a successful project delivered within predetermined parameters including design, budget and schedule.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Being made part of the project team in the Pre-Construction and/or Pre-Development stages enables Patriot Construction to assist in the development of the project documents. In that capacity we can review the program requirements and provide assistance with layout, methods of construction, material and equipment selection and evaluate the most advanced construction techniques and methods to provide the most economical and efficient construction process suitable to each specific project. During this process, and as the Construction Manager, Patriot Construction will provide cost analysis, budgeting, scheduling and all facets of subcontractor bidding and procurement.
